An Announcement On Shipping & Sanitation During COVID-19

Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the delivery process of your package will be slower than originally estimated at the time of your order. This is because 90% of the flights, both domestic and international, are restricted. Another important reason for this delay is all items will go through the inspection and disinfection process in each warehouse to ensure the safety of your package during this time. 

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Please rest assured because we are doing our utmost to ensure as little as a delay as possible to you.

Order Processing Time 

  • Please allow 2-3 business days of processing time for ready to purchase jewelry & clothing items before your order ships. 
  • Please allow 14 business days of processing time for custom jewelry items before your order ships. 
  • Please allow 5-7 business days of processing time for custom clothing items before your order ships. 
  • Pre-sale or Pre-order items are subject to 4-8 weeks for processing time before they ship. 

Shipping Policy: 

    • Delivery Time Frame: Once shipped most orders are delivered within 2-6 business days. 
  • Trendee is not liable for lost or stolen shipments, even when tracking dictates it has been delivered. If you would like to purchase additional insurance on your package to ensure that you receive a refund if your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact our customer service team before placing your order at 
    • When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive email notifications with tracking and delivery updates. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number. Reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions about your order. We will be happy to assist you. 
    • Trendee is not liable/responsible for delays with shipping as we have no control over it. We are a small business and we try our level best to process your order as quickly as possible so that it minimizes any delays in your order getting to you. Most orders are processed within 1 business day. However, our policy does ask that you give us 2-3 business days to process all orders unless it is for a custom jewelry/clothing item. Once we send your package to a shipping company and it is received by them we are no longer able to control how fast it gets to you. We can not tell you why it was delayed, or how it got lost, or when it will be delivered. We will not provide a refund due to a delay in package delivery. If you would like a concrete answer as to where your package is and when it will be delivered please contact the shipping provider directly. 
    • We currently do not ship product(s) to Military addresses outside of the physical United States (eg. APO/DPO/FPO/US Territories) or freight forwarding addresses. A physical address within the US will need to be provided for the order to successfully process and ship out.  

    Order Cancelations and Address Changes

    • Your order cannot be canceled after it has been placed. 
    • Please make sure to check all details before the order is placed and make sure all the information you've provided is correct.
    • Please double-check the color & size of the items before placing your order. We can not make changes to orders once they have been placed, offer refunds, or exchanges. We can not change the address on an order once it has been placed either so please confirm that it is correct. 
    • Please look at the pictures in the listing to see the size reference, there are pictures of measurements next to a ruler to help give you a better idea of sizing. Please read the description in each listing to understand the sizing of each clothing/jewelry item. We have tried to provide as much detail as possible. 

    Special Considerations

    • All orders are subject to approval based on the order information provided.
    • We know you are excited to receive your product(s) from Trendee once you place your order and we will do our level best to process your order as soon as possible. However, to protect you from fraudulent charges orders may be placed on hold for further security verifications. 
    • If an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order may not be shipped until a customer care representative from our team has contacted you for further instructions.
