An Announcement On Shipping & Sanitation During COVID-19
Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the delivery process of your package will be slower than originally estimated at the time of your order. This is because 90% of the flights, both domestic and international, are restricted. Another important reason for this delay is all items will go through the inspection and disinfection process in each warehouse to ensure the safety of your package during this time.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. We know you are excited to receive your package and we are just as excited to get it to you! Please rest assured we are doing our utmost to ensure as little delay as possible to you.

Shipping/Processing + Tracking Your Order
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days for shipment unless you placed a pre-sale order and in such case, it will be subject to 4-8 weeks for processing before it ships. We promise we will work as fast as humanly possible to get your order processed and shipped out!
Upon placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email. Please allow 48 hours to receive the order confirmation email.
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notifications with tracking and delivery updates. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number. The shipping email notification will include your tracking number and a link that you can click on to track your package. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to show. If your ordered contained multiple items they may ship separately. You will receive a separate email notification as each item is shipped.
Kindly keep in mind that there maybe some instances where the tracking information may not update. However, rest assured you will receive your order! If the estimated delivery time for your order to arrive has passed then please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assist you.
Standard Shipping Delivery Time Frame
Once shipped most orders are delivered within 7-30 business days. The order processing time frame is not included in the standard shipping delivery time frame.
All shipments are sent from our warehouses located in the United States & Hong Kong.
Due to inevitable shipping delays that may sometimes take place, all our shipping times are guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
We currently do not ship product(s) to Military addresses outside of the physical United States (eg. APO/DPO/FPO/US Territories) or freight forwarding addresses. A physical address within the US will need to be provided for the order to successfully process and ship out.
Pre-Sale Order Or Back Order Items
All pre-sale order items will be subject to 4-8 weeks for processing before they ship. In certain instances the processing time maybe longer and your order will be shipped once all items become available. All back order items will be shipped once the item becomes available. You will see a product banner on all items that are on pre-sale or back order in order to ensure full transparency that you are aware the item is not in stock when you place the order.
Order Cancelations and Address Changes
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are placed.
The address on an order can not be changed once the order has been placed. If you can not pick up your order from the original address, the carrier will attempt to deliver up to 3 times and then hold your order at the local FedEx or UPS location for 10 days. If you cannot pick it up there, it will be sent back to our warehouse. Our customer service team will contact you for the address change.
If you would like a refund upon delivery you can refuse the package (do not sign for it) and it will be sent back to our warehouse. Our customer service team will then contact you to confirm your refund.
Order Delivered But Not Received
All of our shipments include tracking information. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact us. We will reach out to the shipping carrier to look into the shipment. Once the shipping carrier confirms a shipment has been lost, we will offer store credit or a replacement for your products. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received. We do not offer refunds on packages that are delivered but not received.
If you experience lost or stolen packages where you reside or have previously experienced this at your current residence, then we highly recommend to have your order delivered to a work address or another address where your order can be delivered safely.
All orders are subject to approval based on the order information provided.
We know you are excited to receive your product(s) from TrenDee once you place your order and we will do our level best to process your order as soon as possible. However, in order to protect you from fraudulent charges orders may be placed on hold for further security verifications.
In the event that an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order may not be shipped until a customer care representative from our team has contacted you for further instructions.
