Return Policy 

Trendee does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. 

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order at info@trendeeboutique.com

***In the event that there is an exception made for your order please read the details below on refund/exchange guidelines. 

What if my item is defective?

All items are inspected for quality assurance prior to shipping so there should not be any damage or defects; however, in the event that we missed one; please reach out to us and we will help you resolve the issue on a case by case basis. Defects and issues visible in photos will not be considered defects, unfortunately, we have had one too many customers send us photos in the past with “defects” that we have later found do not exist. We are a small business and unable to sustain ourselves based on unreliable information. 


We are trying our level best to be transparent and upfront about our policies with our customers right from the beginning to ensure you have a pleasant customer service experience. 

 

*** Return Policy Guidelines (only applicable if an exception is made for your order) 

Must include a valid original purchase order number in the email when contacting us. 

Purchases made outside of www.thetrendeeboutique.com must contact the respective seller for returns. 

Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents. If any contents are missing, a refund will not be issued. 

If your item has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 10% may be applied.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Trendee is not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

All returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Once we receive the returned item to our business, it will take approximately 3-5 business days to process a refund.

Once we issue a refund, it can take up to  5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment. Based on your bank refund times may vary. 

Recommended: We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. TrenDee is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery. 

Please Note: All Sale, Promotional Items, or Items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, Money-Back Guarantees, or Warranties. They are considered final sale. 

Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle and they must be in their original packaging.  

TrenDee reserves the right to limit your returns for any reason if we suspect suspicious, illegal activity, or foul play. 

Order cancellation policy  and Address Changes

Your order cannot be canceled after it has been placed. 

Please make sure to check all details before the order is placed and make sure all the information you've provided is correct.

Please double-check the color & size of the items before placing your order. We can not make changes to orders once they have been placed, offer refunds, or exchanges. We can not change the address on an order once it has been placed either so please confirm that it is correct. 

Please look at the pictures in the listing to see the size reference, there are pictures of measurements next to a ruler to help give you a better idea of sizing. Please read the description in each listing to understand the sizing of each clothing/jewelry item. We have tried to provide as much detail as possible.
